pkr345 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkr345 ("pkr345", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at pkr345.pro ("Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pkr345 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

This Agreement applies to all services offered through pkr345.pro, including but not limited to live dealer casino games, slot games, table games, Pool Rummy, cricket betting, sports betting, promotional bonuses, loyalty programmes, and all payment services. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the pkr345 website at pkr345.pro and all associated mobile-optimised pages, applications, and services.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player and held in their pkr345 PKR wallet for wagering purposes.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified on each individual promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by pkr345 before processing withdrawals or at any time pkr345 deems necessary.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary process by which a Player requests to be prevented from accessing the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.

To register and maintain an Account on pkr345, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pkr345 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, access, or use the Platform in any capacity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming and sports betting is not explicitly prohibited by the laws applicable to you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You do not currently hold another active or suspended pkr345 Account in your name or under any alias.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from pkr345.
• You are of sound mind and are capable of taking legal responsibility for your actions and decisions on the Platform.
• Any funds you deposit on pkr345 are not derived from illegal activity of any kind.

Each Player may hold only one Account on pkr345. The registration of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes sent to your registered mobile number. pkr345 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify pkr345 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• You must not share your Account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• pkr345 reserves the right to suspend any Account where suspicious login activity is detected, pending verification.
• Accounts registered using false or incomplete information are subject to immediate closure without prior notice.

pkr345 operates a strict one-account-per-household policy. Multiple accounts registered from the same device, IP address, or payment method will be flagged for review. Where multiple accounts are confirmed, pkr345 reserves the right to void any bonuses claimed and close duplicate accounts without notice.

pkr345 is required to conduct identity verification on all player accounts as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may also be triggered at any point during the lifecycle of your Account.

Accepted KYC documentation on pkr345 includes, but is not limited to:

• A valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) showing your full name and date of birth.
• A valid Pakistani passport.
• A recent bank statement, JazzCash transaction history, or EasyPaisa account summary (dated within 90 days) as proof of payment method ownership.
• A recent utility bill or official correspondence confirming your residential address (dated within 90 days).

pkr345 will process submitted KYC documentation within two to five business days. Withdrawals requested prior to completion of KYC verification will be placed in a pending queue and released only upon successful verification. pkr345 is not liable for any delay in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or inaccurate KYC submissions.

pkr345 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on pkr345:

• Deposits are credited to your PKR wallet balance instantly or within a few minutes of confirmed payment processing, depending on the selected payment method.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed on the Cashier page of your Account.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, except where pkr345 explicitly approves an alternative arrangement in writing.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all applicable KYC verification requirements have been completed.
• pkr345 processes withdrawal requests within one to three business days for standard accounts and within 24 hours for verified VIP-tier accounts, subject to payment provider processing times.
• pkr345 does not charge internal fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which pkr345 accepts no responsibility.
• pkr345 reserves the right to request additional source-of-funds documentation for any withdrawal above a threshold determined by our compliance team.

In the event that a deposit is credited to your Account in error, you are obliged to notify pkr345 immediately. pkr345 reserves the right to recover any erroneously credited funds from your balance at any time without prior notice.

pkr345 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of this Agreement when accepted by the Player.

• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted into withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bet-per-round restrictions are specified on each individual promotion and must be adhered to strictly.
• pkr345 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed by a Player.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or exploitation of software errors — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for suspension.
• Bonuses credited in error may be reclaimed by pkr345 from your balance at any time.
• In the event of a conflict between a general bonus term stated in this Agreement and a specific term stated on an individual promotion, the specific promotion term shall prevail.

pkr345 provides access to casino games including live dealer tables, slot games, table games, and Pool Rummy, as well as a sports betting section covering cricket (including PSL), UFC, football, kabaddi, and other markets. All casino games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer studios operating under internationally recognised certification standards.

• pkr345 game results are final once confirmed by the game system. In the case of a disconnection during an active game round, the round outcome will be determined by the system state at the time of disconnection.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at pkr345's discretion. pkr345 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without prior notice.
• Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules published in the pkr345 sportsbook rules section.
• pkr345 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, at incorrect odds, or where a technical fault affected the integrity of the market.
• Maximum winnings per bet and per game session are subject to limits published in the relevant game or betting market rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pkr345 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, including in poker, Pool Rummy, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's systems for financial gain.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal activities through pkr345.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or republish any part of the Platform's content, odds data, or software.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to circumvent geographical restrictions.

pkr345 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. We provide the following tools, all of which are accessible directly from your Account settings without requiring customer service approval:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. You will be automatically logged out when the limit is reached.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a mandatory break from the Platform for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from pkr345. Requests for permanent self-exclusion take effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.
• Reality Check Notifications: Receive on-screen reminders of your session duration at intervals you configure in your Account settings.

Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or access the Platform during the exclusion period. pkr345 reserves the right to close any Account opened in circumvention of a self-exclusion, void all associated activity, and return deposits only where source-of-funds verification is complete.

pkr345 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at pkr345.pro/privacy-policy. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you also agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

pkr345 uses your personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management.
• KYC identity verification and anti-money laundering compliance.
• Processing of deposits and withdrawals via your selected payment methods.
• Provision of customer support and resolution of disputes.
• Communication of promotional offers where you have opted in to marketing communications.
• Detection, investigation, and prevention of fraud, prohibited conduct, and platform abuse.

pkr345 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where required for payment processing, identity verification, legal compliance, or platform operation, as detailed in the Privacy Policy. All data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption and subject to strict internal access controls.

All content on the pkr345 Platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, trademarks, written content, odds data, promotional materials, and the pkr345 brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkr345 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any pkr345 content without our prior written consent.
• The pkr345 name, logo, and associated brand marks may not be used in any context without explicit written authorisation from pkr345.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr345 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of gaming or betting activity on pkr345.
• Loss of data, Account access, or Platform availability due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond pkr345's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive loss or damage, whether foreseeable or not.
• Actions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or network operators that affect your use of pkr345.

pkr345's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this Agreement limits pkr345's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the Player's Account at any time. Players wishing to close their Account may do so by contacting pkr345 support at [email protected]. pkr345 will process voluntary account closure requests within five business days, subject to completion of any pending withdrawal transactions.

pkr345 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 3.

Upon termination, pkr345 will return any verified Real Money Balance to the Player via their last used payment method, less any amounts subject to ongoing investigation or compliance review. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure regardless of the reason for closure.

pkr345 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a Player — pkr345 will provide notice via the email address registered on your Account or via a prominent on-platform notification, with a minimum of seven days' notice before the changes take effect.

Non-material amendments, such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to reflect changes in payment methods, may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent amendment.

Your continued use of the pkr345 Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the amended terms take effect.

pkr345 aims to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving all relevant information. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with pkr345 support, further escalation options will be communicated to the Player in writing.
